In an email reply to our state-wide mailing, the owner of Uvalde-U-Lock, in Uvalde, Texas said, “I may consider selling for the right price”.

Google Earth shows it at about 12K NRSF, smack dab in the middle of the main residential area of the city. Heavy value-add.

It’s just too small to peak our interest, so we’ve not done any underwriting.

I let the owner know that I’d mention his opportunity to my associates.
